B&B HOTEL La Rochelle Centre 3 étoiles
Nous avons séjourné dans votre établissement en réservant deux chambres (102 / 104) Globalement, nous avons apprécié certains aspects : l'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas du centre-ville, ce qui permet de faire toutes les visites à pied. La présence d'un parking à l'hôtel est très pratique et le prix est avantageux par rapport au parking en centre-ville. À notre arrivée, le personnel à la réception s'est montré très courtois. Nous avions demandé à ce que les deux chambres soient proches l'une de l'autre et cette demande a été parfaitement respectée. De plus, les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, notre nuit a été calme, et la présence du plateau de courtoisie avec le service à café en chambre est une attention agréable.
Toutefois, nous tenions à vous signaler plusieurs points négatifs. D'une part, la climatisation était vraiment trop froide (nous avons heureusement réussi à la régler) et la literie est quand même assez ferme, ce qui manquait pour nous d’un peu de confort. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous l'avons trouvé correct sans plus : il manquait de vraiment de choix et de diversité, ayant séjourné le lendemain dans un autre hôtel de même catégorie à Bordeaux, nous avons pu constater une réelle différence en comparaison. Enfin, point le plus dérangeant : malgré l'apparence d'une chambre propre, nous avons trouvé un cafard dans l'une des deux chambres (104) qui s'est rapidement enfui sous une plinthe. nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de le prendre en photo.. Nous tenions à vous en informer afin que vos équipes de ménage et d'entretien puissent intervenir. En espérant que ce retour vous sera utile pour vos prochaines prestations.
