Buen hotel pero limpieza nefasta
El hotel en general me gustó bastante, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y mobiliario nuevo, el desayuno está bien, el trato de la recepción es correcto. Si bien, la limpieza de la habitación es lo peor. La parte alta de los muebles tenía una capa de polvo que debía ser de semanas, moho en el plato de ducha, extractor con polvo y suciedad. Se comunicó a recepción y limpiaron parte de todo lo descrito. Si no fuese por esto, el hotel está genial por ubicación, calidad y precio.

Menos de lo que esperaba
Para alojarse un día de paso, está bien. Si son más días se ven las deficiencias. La limpieza es superficial, rendijas, bordes de ventana, etc sucios. La habitación no es ruidosa. Lo que es excepcional es el trato del personal. Ahí sí le pongo un 10.

Encantada
Habitación muy cómoda, limpia, moderna y muy bonita. Baños lindos, limpios con duchas con duchas espaciosas. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia a gusto y acorde q las necesidades. Tomaron en cuenta todas nuestras sugerencias. El personal del hotel muy amable y agradable. Sin duda una estadía muy placentera, 100% recomendable :)

Bien pero.......
Indicamos en recepcion que la parte inferior de la taza del water perdia agua al dar la bomba. Era viernes y les indicamos al personal de limpieza lo que estaba pasando, para salir del paso nos dejaron un toalla para colocarla en la fuga de agua. Al dia siguiente no se paso nadie a repararlo. Llame a recepcion para indicarles que se necesitaban mas toallas porque se estaba formando un gran charco de agua y aun asi no nos dieron ninguna solucion.

Muy buen Hotel
El hotel está guay situado y en general está muy bien. Estaría genial si el colchón fuese aceptable pero por desgracia no fue el caso

Todo estupendo.Lo de insonorizar las habitaciones sería importante.Yo no pegué ojo.
Habitación bonita,limpia y cómoda en cuanto a instalaciones .Pero el ruido exterior no te deja ni dormir,es como si la cama estuviese en la rotonda. La atención en recepción fantástica y el desayuno muy bueno y de calidad.Y buen detalle los cafés e infusiones gratis del hall de entrada.Buena opción para ir a Oceanografic.
