Hubo un problema con la climatización. Fuimos en una fecha de alerta por fuertes vientos y por la tarde si abrías la ventana estaba abriendo y cerrándose continuamente dando golpes. Por tanto nos decidimos por encender el A/C ya que había bastante calor, con nuestra sorpresa de que no funcionaba y salía aire caliente.

Lovely location across the river from the Cathedral, and with underground parking at extra charge (€18). Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Room with ensuite was large, comfortable, scrupiously clean and had the view over tbe river. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. It was a few euro cheaper if you booked online (only about €4). Can't fault the place. Keep up your standards - it was great to stay with you.

Hotel situado a las afueras de Valencia, apropiado para una estancia corta. Nos alojamos en una habitación adaptada, porque no quedaban más habitaciones. La habitación amplia y limpia pero con la cama un poco pequeña para dos personas. Al estar a pie de calle se oía un poco el ruido exterior. El desayuno apropiado. Agradecer el servicio gratuito de café y té.

Cama cómoda, baño correcto pero estaría bien que tuviera más ventilación. Comprendo que la ventana sea como es, pero no entra mucho aire. La puerta se cierra con un leve empuje pero muchas personas dan portazos a cualquier hora del día y la noche. Estaría bien que el hotel recalcara que a partir de unas horas hay que evitar hacer ruido.

BUEN HOTEL. BIEN COMUNICADO. PARKING PROPIO QUE EN BREVE SERÁ DE PAGO. HABITACIONES AMPLIAS, LIMPIAS, CAMAS CÓMODAS, BUEN ASEO Y DUCHA AMPLIA, PERO EL RUIDO EXTERIOR DEL TRÁFICO SE ESCUCHA EN LAS HABITACIONES QUE DAN A LA AVENIDA. SÓLO UN ASCENSOR PARA 5 PLANTAS Y UNAS 20 HABITACIONES POR PLANTA, A VECES TOCA ESPERAR. BUENA RECEPCIÓN CON ESPACIO PARA TRABAJAR O DESCANSAR, CAFES Y AGUA GRATIS. PERSONAL MUY AGRADABLE.
