Relatively okay
The rooms are decent in terms of space. The location depends on where you work, but it's quite a distance from the center. There is no public transport nearby (25-30 min walk) and an Uber costs around €10-15. Plus... the linen, the warm room, the quiet hotel. Minus... The toilet was dirty, even though the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was too simple, the dishes and cutlery were very dirty.

Es un hotel que te arregla bien. Tienes lo que necesitas. Y está muy bien que te den café, chocolate, infusiones….

Incómodo
No creo que repita en Valencia con este Hotel ( en Zaragoza, aunque antiguo, si repetiría), porque no poder dormir bien, debido a la incomodidad del colchón, no es lo que busco

INTENTARÉ NO VOLVER
Al fondo del aparcamiento se permite estacionar a coches que bloquean la salida de los están bien estacionados. Tuve que llamar a la grúa para que se llevara uno y poder sacar el coche. Este aspecto se debe controlar. No sirve dejar entrar a todo el mundo y luego no hacerte responsable de los vehículos de tus clientes. También comentar que me alojé en la 5ª planta. Habitación 520. Durante toda la noche se escuchaba un ruido que parecía provenir de algún sistema de extracción de aire o alguna máquina de aire acondicionado. Se hizo muy complicado conciliar el sueño. Las paredes entre habitaciones deben ser de papel, porque se escuchaba todo lo que hacían mis vecinos. En definitiva, la insonorización es escasa o nula.

Derroche de agua al afeitarse / Poca protección salpicaduras ducha
El hotel cumple con todos los parámetros de los B&B que he ido utilizando excepto por dos cosas: - El tapon del lavamanaos no ajustaba y necesité utilizar mucha agua en el afeitado. - No hay una buena protección de salpicadura de la ducha y se inunda todo el baño y he de utilizar las toallas para no resbalarme con el riesgo de una caída.

Mala atención en recepción
Bien la estancia en el hotel. La recepción por la noche bien, pero la atención en recepción por la mañana ha sido pésima (domingo 14 diciembre). Desde las 8am hasta pasadas las 9am, no ha salido nadie a atender. He llamado al timbre mas de 10 veces. He estado al telefono en espera 5 minutos y nadie ha respondido. Habia gente hablando en la sala que hay a la izquierda de la recepción, pero ni se dignaban a salir a atender. Pésimo servicio.
