Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer

Pour un 31 décembre, c'était assez décevant d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. L'accueil laisse à désirer avec un réceptionniste faisant des blagues à la limite du gênant. (Il semblerait avoir vu mon conjoint la semaine dernière à l'hôtel ? Puis il semble m'avoir vu moi?) Pourquoi faire des blagues de ce genre? Bref Un verre de bienvenu proposé? Ah, mais nous ne servons pas d'alcool, puis-je vous offrir deux verres de jus ou deux cocas? Deux cocas semblent être bien non? Une chambre mal nettoyée voir pas du tout... une deuxième chambre (puisque nous avons demandé à changer), presque pareil niveau propreté. Nous avons fini par abandonner... La seule chose positive peut être le petit déjeuner. Cependant nous sommes partis aussi vite que nous sommes venu....
