Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Service à revoir d'urgence mais chambre très correcte.

Accueil pas professionnel du tout (même pas un "bonjour" le matin en passant !), savon vide dans la douche, boîte de mouchoirs vides dans la salle de bains, dans ce type d'établissement il est de coutume de vérifier la chambre avant de la donner au client. Le petite déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qu'il est facturé.

Dirty rooms, bad breakfast, wouldn't recommend

There's a clear lack of hygiene and cleanliness. My room was quite dirty: multiple hairs in the shower, a sticky spot next to the bed, a dirty nightstand, very dirty light switches, clearly visible splashes on the board behind the coffee machine. In our group we had guests with dirty sheets, clearly uncleaned rooms, panties from the previous visitor in the room, ... Breakfast choices were very limited, plenty of things had run out by 8am. The scrambled eggs were runny (I assume because it's powder eggs). There was the option to boil fresh eggs, but there were no fresh eggs available. There was no fruit. The charcuterie didn't look fresh; the edges were coloured and hard. This hotel is clearly overpriced for the service you get. I would recommend looking for another hotel nearby.
