B&B HOTEL Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Centre Gare 4 étoiles
Uitstekend 4 sterren hotel, ruimer en betere faciliteiten
Dit hotel is een verbeterde versie van de keten. Ruimere kamers, grotere wasruimte en extra kamerfaciliteiten. Ontbijt hebben wij niet genuttigd. Onthaal bij receptie was top. Jongeman sprak goed Engels en vertelde enthousiast over het hotel en de omgeving. Verderop zitten een paar fijne restaurants. Minpunt was de garage. Erg krap. Leerpuntje: zo service gericht de jongeman was, de volgende dag was de vervangende jongedame totaal niet assertief bij onze check out. Ze keek niet op en zijn we maar uit onszelf vertrokken. Een kort contactmoment had fijn geweest. Om de garage uit te komen hadden we kennelijk een code nodig. Bij het 3x oproepen via intercom in de kelder werd er niet opgenomen. Mijn partner dus weer naar boven. Receptiedame onvindbaar. Andere medewerker hielp ons in gebrekkig engels gelukkig verder. Uiteindelijk konden we eruit na 20 minuten.

I came with a tour group and everything went very smoothly. The welcome was warm, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive. The location is also very convenient. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

Accueil au top, équipe souriante et attentionnée. La chambre très propre, soignée, appréciable.
Le bar de l’hôtel est vraiment sympa, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de formation, surtout avec cette chaleur : une petite bière en terrasse fait vraiment du bien.
Un merci particulier au jeune homme italien pour le jus de pomme offert à l’arrivée, une petite attention qui m'a laissé quand même assez marquée en bien.
