Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Ah, j'oublié le distributeur de boisons en panne pas d'eau pas de café pas non plus de quoi manger le soir de notre arrivée. Hotel à éviter.

On the whole, good value and very convenient. Easy to find. Minor problems with little leak from the toilet but I told the harassed staff not to worry about it but to deal with it before the next guest. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Secure parking is good. Many hotels in Rouen require you to park in a public car park. I needed to be in Rouen city centre from the hotel. The train station is about 15 minutes walk away but trains only run once an hour and you need to buy tickets online. No ticket machines at the station.

From Paris or Caen (A13) : exit 22 Rouen Est then direction Rouen/Boulogne/Amiens . Follow D18E to the roundabout rond-point des Vaches , and turn left at the traffic lights.

From Rouen centre : follow Vernon/Pontoise , then ZI Est D18E (industrial zone), direction A13 Caen/Le Mans . At the end of the industrial zone, turn right at the lights, next to the lake, before the roundabout rond-point des Vaches .
