What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Accueil parfait, convivial. J'aime en déplacement professionnel, résidé dans votre hôtel, maintenant, IL EST VRAIMENT TEMPS D'AMELIORER CE LIEU...?! Structure/déco de l'hôtel vieillissante. Je vous ai régulièrement soumis mon avis. Je n'ai pas de retour et pas le sentiment que les observations soient pris en compte ?!

Séjour de loin reposant

J'ai dormi Pour un séjour de deux nuits seule pour des raison professionnelles dans cet hôtel. J'ai realisé le chek-in sur mon téléphone, je n'ai jamais reçu mes codes de chambre par SMS. Après 20 minutes d'attente, j'ai appelé 2 fois l'assistance (que j'ai certainement payé) et qui n'a tout simplement jamais décroché. J'ai dû télécharger l'application alors que je ne souhaitais pas pour finalement les avoir. Les murs ne sont..... Pas épais. La 1ere nuit, c'est un monsieur qui ronflait qui m'a accompagné une bonne partie de la nuit. Et la 2 ieme nuit il y avait un couple qui se pensait seul et qui parlaient à vive voix. J'ai craqué à 1h du matin car la femme faisait une visio sur le palier de sa porte. Mettez des boules quies à disposition pour palier au manque d'insonorisation! Le lit était pourtant de bonne qualité et le petit déjeuner correct.

From Le Mans or Paris : direction St-Malo, rocade Nord (ringroad north), exit St-Malo/ Dinard N° 13b, then exit Montgermont/St-Grégoire. Then follow direction Alphasis.
