What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Needed a stopover for the night for the family before an early boat back to Jersey the next morning. Arrived early evening before the 24hr checkin started and the staff there were very helpful. We had 2 rooms next to each other on the ground floor. Which was great as we had 3 kids to manage between two adults. The staff had already setup a cot in one of the rooms ready which was appreciated after a long day driving. The room was comfortable and clean and at a cheap price for the short stay. The site also has charging points for cars which is another reason we selected the site. Will likely stay again as convenient for travel and quiet at night.
