Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

L'accueil est toujours chaleureux. Et cette fois encore une surprise: le lendemain de mon arrivée, au petit déjeuner, au lieu de juste me demander le numéro de ma chambre, on m'a reconnue et c'était " ah, bonjour, c'est Marion! Vous allez bien?" Voilà un accueil chaleureux et personnel. Ça fait du bien!

Juste à deux pas de la gare et juste en face du terminus du tram, donc idéalement placé. Très bien.

From A4 (Paris or Strasbourg) : Exit 23 Epernay / Reims Sud / Gare TGV Champagne Ardenne, then follow Gare TGV (railway station).

From Calais (A26) : direction Troyes / Metz / Strasbourg / Lyon - Exit 23 Epernay / Reims Sud / Gare TGV Champagne Ardenne then follow Gare TGV (railway station).
