Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Expérience mitigée

Prix raisonnable pour Reims, facile d'accès par le TGV ou en voiture avec grand parking accessible gratuitement et fermé. Par contre : espaces communs et équipements vieillissants, chambre au 1er étage beaucoup trop bruyante ! On entendait toutes les portes qui s'ouvraient et se claquaient. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre. Les draps plats qui se défont après 3 mouvements dans le lit, ce n'est pas agréable.

Bien situé

Hôtel bien situé avec un arrêt de Tram devant la porte avec accès direct au centre ville, et juste en face de la Gare TGV. Le seul bémol : le parking mal indiqué... Arrivé de nuit et sous une pluie battante, je n'ai pas trouvé de suite l'entrée, pensant qu'il s'agissait du restaurant voisin. La pancarte sur le portail (qui était ouvert) n'est pas assez lisible.

From A4 (Paris or Strasbourg) : Exit 23 Epernay / Reims Sud / Gare TGV Champagne Ardenne, then follow Gare TGV (railway station).
