What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Habituellement très satisfait, sauf lorsque la chambre est au Rez-de-chaussée

Les chambres sont habituellement très propres, ainsi que la literie et les draps de bain. Or pour les 2 derniers séjours, nous avons remarqué des tâches suspectes sur nos draps (comme du sang). Egalement moins satisfaits du confort des chambres au rez-de chaussée à cause du froid dû à la fenêtre et au jour sous la porte de la chambre. Nous avons du mettre le chauffage à fond, sans jamais avoir vraiment chaud. Cette différence de température a fait que l'expérience de la douche a été spéciale, avec beaucoup de condensations partout et le sol très mouillé et dangereux. Par contre, toujours aussi satisfaits du sommier qui est très agréable, ainsi que de la procédure de réservation. Il serait intéressant de gratifier les clients réguliers d'une promotion régulière utilisable dans l'hotel de notre choix.

From A4 (Paris or Strasbourg) : Exit 23 Epernay / Reims Sud / Gare TGV Champagne Ardenne, then follow Gare TGV (railway station).

From Calais (A26) : direction Troyes / Metz / Strasbourg / Lyon - Exit 23 Epernay / Reims Sud / Gare TGV Champagne Ardenne then follow Gare TGV (railway station).
