What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Accueil totalement déplorable (délit de fasciste) la dame de l’accueil m’a pris pour un jeune voyous voir pire ! Et pourtant j’étais avec ma femme. Plus jamais je retournerai dans vos hôtel et pourtant j’avais un compte chez vous. C’est scandaleux !

Une accueil totalement déplorable indigne d’un grand groupe. Je me déplace avec ma femme et elle m’a pris pour un jeune fumeur et pourtant je ne fume pas. Elle ne voulait pas me donner accès à la chambre et pour cela elle a user de plusieurs demandes pièces d’identité physique pourtant j’ai un compte avec le quel j’avais payé en avance, causions de 100€ et pourtant jamais on m’a fait une telle demandes. Bref très déçu, plus jamais je retournerai chez vous.

j'ai quand même aprécié

par rapport à l'acceuil, il faut au moins quelqu'un pour aider les gens à aller s'installer dans leur chambre. on te remet juste un papier et numéro de chambre et le reste tu te débrouilles
