What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

2 Sterne Großstadt, ausreichend, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Parkhaus Kooperation, Metro Anbindung gut.

Wir haben nur 3 x übernachtet mit Frühstück. Für uns hat es völlig ausgereicht, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Für länger sind die Zimmer schon etwas klein, aber ja zwei Sterne. Zimmerservice war bei uns keiner? Aber man kann sich frische Handtücher an der Rezeption holen. Fenster mussten wir erstmal selber die Schrauben festziehen, weil sonst der Griff abgefallen wäre. Bad müffelt etwas, vielleicht weil keine Lüftung oder nicht funktionsfähig. Frühstück, ja auch zwei Sterne, Schinken, Käse, Croissants, Baguette, Marmelade, Honig, Saft aus dem Automat, Kaffee aus dem Automat. Obst aus der Dose. Kein Gemüse. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind schnell voll, da viele ohne Frühstück buchen und dann den kostenpflichtigen Kaffee/Tee-Automat nutzen, der dann schnell leer ist. Es gibt ein Buchungsterminal wo man sich Essen bestellen kann. Dementsprechend sehen allerdings dann die „Müll-Eimer“ in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen aus. Alles regelt sich über den Preis und die Verfügbarkeit an Hotelzimmern in Paris. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkgarage im Hotel schnell voll, da „nur“ 18 Stellplätze. Aber haben eine Kooperation mit einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus. Metroanbindung gut.
