What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Gut, aber das Plus-Upgrade ist Geld verbannt!

Soweit war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, Zimmer sauber, gute Schalldämmung und das Bett war bequem! Aber das gebuchte und bezahlte "Plus-Upgrade" hätten wir uns sparen können. Der Safe funktionierte nicht (zeigte ERROR an) und trotz mehrfacher Beschwerde an verschiedenen Tagen bei verschiedenen Personen der Rezeption wurde dieser nicht repariert, angeblich sollte immer ein Haustechniker sich das anschauen, aber funktioniert hat er bis zum Ende (4 Nächte) nicht. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, es waren bei Ankunft pro Person ein Handtuch im Zimmer. An der Rezeption sagte man mir, man bekäme auch beim "Plus-Upgrade" kein sep. Handtuch für Hände usw., nach bischen Diskusion haben wir für uns 2 Personen ein Handtuch mehr bekommen, und das für den ganzen Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen. Ebenso "Wasser" auf dem Zimmer. Es wurde für 2 Personen ein 0,33ml Tetrapack Wasser aufs Zimmer gestellt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption sagte man uns das sei genug für 2 Personen!?!? Ebenso nur auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein zusätzliches Kissen - für 2 Personen!!! Aus dem Plus-Upgrade vorhanden war der Fön und Kaffee. Deswegen, spart euch das Plus-Upgrade!!!
