Excellent rapport qualité prix

L'hôtel est très facile d'accès. L'accueil est chaleureux et efficace. De bons conseils pour els restaurants autour. La chambre est simple, propre, tout l'indispensable pour une bonne nuit s'y trouve. Le petit déjeuner est complet, un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Non sarà la catena... Ma solamente la struttura!

Esperienza deludente! Camera piccola senza frigobar, ne cassaforte. La camera, il secondo giorno, non è stata pulita, adducendo che il prezzo del soggiorno era basso. Il giorno successivo, con insistenza, l'hanno rifatta. Colazione monotona, tre giorni le stesse cose. L'ultimo giorno, ad ora dalla chiusura, il buffet era spoglio e ho dovuto sollecitare almeno il formaggio. Il personale alla reception, parla solo francese e inglese, cosa improbabile per il ruolo svolto!

Soggiorno da non ripetere

Ho soggiorno al B&B Porte de Lilas dal 12 al 15 maggio. Sono arrivata in tarda serata con mia mamma. Ho prenotato il soggiorno tramite l'app b&b. La camera aveva due letti separati, molto piccola, senza minibar, senza armadio e senza cassaforte. Colazione ripetitiva e scarsa. Non sce scelta per la colazione salata (solite uova strapazzate e bacon insipidi). Se si arriva a mezz'ora prima della chiusura della sala, l'assortimento della colazione e pari a zero. All'entrata della sala è presente la caposala che chiede il n. della camera, guardando i video su YouTube. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare per far riempire il vassoio del formaggio. Cameriere sgarbate nell'obbligarci di girare per il buffet con il vassoio da mensa. Per la seconda sera, dal rientro dal tour, troviamo la camera ed il bagno da rifare (mancava anche un set di asciugamani per il secondo ospite, l'avevo segnalato alla mattina ad una receptionist). Io e mia mamma scendiamo in reception per segnalare il disguido ma i due portieri notturni che erano presenti la notte del 14 maggio hanno risposto che il prezzo della camera era basso e promozionale, quindi non avevamo diritto alla pulizia della camera. Mostrando il contratto e le condizioni sottoscritte al momento dell'acquisto del soggiorno ci hanno mostrato una loro mail interna che faceva riferimento alle camere in fermata da NON pulire, tra le quali c'era la nostra. Hanno dovuto cedere al loro intento, in quanto nel contratto sottoscritto non era presente nulla di tutto ciò. Il personale è impreparato ad accogliere qualsiasi ospite che non sia di nazionalità francese o inglese, visto che non conoscono le lingue. Esperienza da non ripetere!

L’hôtel est effectivement conçu de telle façon que la climatisation et le chauffage ne peuvent être actionnés en même temps, et basculer de la position « chauffage » à celle de « climatisation » requiert l’intervention d’une entreprise spécialisée. Aussi, vos remarques montrent que des améliorations peuvent être apportées concernant ce point, et je n’ai pas manqué de faire part de votre témoignage aux personnes compétentes.     Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.
