What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

A l'arrivée, accueilli froidement car pas d'arrivée avant 14h malgré l'option arrivée anticipée à 11h choisie et payée. Incapable de retrouver ma réservation avec mon nom, il a fallu prendre mon téléphone pour voir le numéro et enfin avoir accès à la chambre. La personne responsable du petit déjeuner qui est tout le temps sur son téléphone. Le bruit du tram ( tard dans la nuit ) ou même des travaux dans la rue( dès 7h00 !!! ) La clim réglée à 19h et qui souffle que du chaud. Les infos demandées sur les bornes de recharge étaient fausses, du coup, pas de rechargement possible mais que du thermique. C'est pas le premier et pas le dernier. Mais je n'y reviendrai pas.
