Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Wouldn’t Recommend At All

This hotel had a horrible smell in the lobby area and the coffee machine stunk of soured milk so wouldn’t use that. Glad I didn’t book breakfast as wouldn’t have wanted to eat in there. The only good thing about the room was the bed floor was filthy and bathroom smelt of urine. Went out and bought floor wipes and antibacterial wipes to clean everything but urine smell was ingrained in the Lino in the bathroom. I have stayed in other B& B hotels and never had a problem. This was a let down. Good for public transport

Séjour catastrophe

accueil au petit dej top et je pense qu'il est important de le mettre en évidence pour cette dame. pour lreste c'est 0 pointé. le sentiement d'emmercer le monsieur de l'accueil qui a prétexté qu'il faisait intervenir des sociétés lorsqu'il y avait des punaises de lit, d'entendre ça ce n'est pas très rassurant. d'ailleurs il m'a donné l'info car lors de mon séjour sur 2 jours, rencontre avec des insectes ressemblant à des cafards mais ce monsieur m'a expliqué que c'etait dû aux arbres de l'extérieur. bref, plus jamais chez B&B et donc plus jamais à chevilly larue
