Mein B&B Zimmer in Neu-Ulm hat alles erfüllt wie ich es erwartet habe. Doppelbett war frisch bezogen, keine Flecken, angenehm mittelhart. Bad war sauber - sogar bei kalkigem Wasser haben ALLE Fliesen bei Ankunft geglänzt, Armaturen waren frisch geputzt, und das Silikon in der Dusche auch ansehnlich hell. Fernseher und WLAN haben prima funktioniert. Klimaanlage hätte sowohl gekühlt, aber ich hab in der kalten Jahreszeit sie kurze Zeit auf 25 Grad laufen lassen als Heizung - war super. Etwas laut aber eintönig genug und nicht ratternd, sodass man damit auch schlafen könnte, wenn man das möchte. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, waren die Art der Lichter - drei sehr helle und noch dazu in our face positioniert. Also entspannt bei indirektem Licht am Abend aufs Bett setzen war nicht drin, dafür hätte man sich mitten in der Nacht mit dem Licht problemlos schminken können :) Mein Zimmer war zum Parkplatz/Innenhof gelegen, nicht zur Hauptstraße, und ich habe auch nichts weiter mitbekommen an Lärm. 9,5/10 - einfach gehalten, Preis-Leistung top, würde es wieder wählen.

Das extremste Erlebnis in puncto fehlender Hygiene und Gestank aller Zeiten. Definitiv keine Empfehlung. Zimmerservice macht seine Arbeit nicht. Frühstück und Empfang waren gut bzw. freundlich.

Einfaches Hotel ![trustyou]()
Preis-Leistung war okay, leider haben wir Schimmel ins Badezimmer entdeckt und einen Handtuch war dreckig von die letzte Leuten. Wir haben vorne rausgeschaut...da waren komische Menschen die einfach reinschauen könnten. Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung und wir haben dieses Hotel als Stopp während einer Reise genutzt. Die Familienzimmer sind für 3 ausreichend.

Via the A8: Take exit 62 Ulm-West, then the B10/B28 in the direction Ulm/Friedrichshafen. After 8km, take the exit in the direction of Neu-Ulm. Bear left towards the inner-city ring Follow Turmstraße until you get to Memminger Str. Now turn right. Your B&B is on the right hand side.
