What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Humiliant et frustrant

Humiliationet voyeurisme subis. Malgré mes arguments clairs donnés à l'hoteliere derrière la porte d'être nu, celle-ci à fait irruption dans ma chambre et me regarder droit dans les yeux alors que je sortais de la douche. Humiliant, deshonorant et pathétique. Cela laisse une tache indélébile.

Bonjour, Ma collègue en charge du nettoyage s’est présentée à deux reprises pour vous rappeler que l’heure de départ, fixée à 12h, était dépassée. Vous avez refusé de quitter la chambre. 45 minutes plus tard, j’ai dû intervenir à mon tour pour vous demander de libérer la chambre afin que notre équipe puisse poursuivre son travail. Vous avez alors crié derrière la porte en affirmant que le départ était à 14h, ce qui est inexact, comme vous l’a confirmé également notre service client. Les départs tardifs ne sont proposés que le samedi et le dimanche matin, et non en semaine. En retenant la chambre et en empêchant ma collègue d’accomplir ses tâches, vous avez provoqué un retard sur l’organisation du service. Face à votre refus total de communication et à vos hurlements continus, je n’ai à aucun moment pu vous expliquer la situation ni le fonctionnement de l’établissement. Votre comportement a été particulièrement odieux, rendant tout échange impossible. Je comprends qu’une erreur puisse être commise quant aux horaires de départ, et je reste toujours disponible pour écouter les remarques de nos clients lorsqu’elles sont formulées avec respect. En revanche, je ne peux accepter ni le ton employé, ni l’attitude inacceptable dont vous avez fait preuve, envers moi comme envers mon équipe Aurore Directrice

Très bon hôtel

Hôtel propre, confortable et moderne, personnel d’accueil au top en matière de gentillesse et d’efficacité, seul bémol le petit déjeuner. 9€50 pour si peu de choix et des produits de qualité et de goût médiocre c’est clairement bien trop cher.

From Paris/Angers/Rennes/Poitiers/Cholet : direction Saint-Herblain, Périphérique Ouest via Périphérique Nord (North ringroad). Exit 33 Porte d'Armor , then direction Vannes/Saint-Nazaire. Exit 2 Hôpital Nord Laënnec , first on the right.
