What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

chambre de qualité très moyenne et froide

Je parle ici uniquement de la chambre 116 (je ne juge que ce que j’ai constaté et j’ignore si les autres chambres sont similaires). Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait des traces d’infiltration d’eau sur le mur à côté de la fenêtre. La chambre était glaciale. Le sol n’était pas propre à l’arrivée. La télécommande n’était pas nettoyée et ne fonctionnait qu’une fois sur deux. Le pied de la table d’appoint était à moitié cassé / dévissé, ce qui ne donnait pas vraiment envie de l’utiliser. Check-in / accessibilité : Simple et rapide, mais gros manque de places de stationnement sur la voie publique à proximité de l’hôtel. Literie : Ce n’est pas un matelas, c’est une véritable plaque de marbre déguisée. Très dur et extrêmement inconfortable. J’ai très mal dormi pendant les deux nuits. Salle de bain : La douche est plutôt bien adaptée. En revanche, les toilettes sont très mal placées dans cette chambre : si vous vous asseyez, vous avez littéralement les genoux dans les côtes (car le mur est à quelques cm à peine devant l'assise). Autres points négatifs : il n’y a aucune prise de courant classique, uniquement une prise rasoir (qui ne fonctionné même pas). De plus, l’interrupteur de la lumière est situé à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui n’est absolument pas pratique. Rapport qualité / prix : 154 € pour deux nuits pour une chambre comme celle-ci, ce n’est clairement pas justifié, même en période estivale. Et le pire, c’est que ce tarif correspondait à une offre Black Friday. Lors de ma première réservation, le prix était de 184 € sans promotion. La qualité proposée est largement insuffisante pour justifier un tel tarif.

Il faut payer 6€ de plus, pour que les clients qui ont payer une chambre puisse stationnement le véhicules sur le parking de l'enseigne. Alors que toute les autres bb hotel ont stationne nos véhicules sur le parking de l enseigne, sans rajouter quoi ce soie.

Great visit

We traveled as family and the hotel was very nice. It was clean and quiet. Kids loved fast wifi. Bathroom had soap and shampoon. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was teasty, you could choose from a lot of different food and drinks. The only problem with this hotel is parking. The garages accomodate only low vehicles. VW caddy is way too high. The ceiling of the garage is much lower than standard garages. However the staff was helpful and show us free public parking very close to hotel. We had a car full of sky equipment as we continued to Alps, but all was ok, nothing got lost. Even though we would be happier to have the car in safer place because of the things we had there. Hotel is close to historical center, about 5 minutes to walk. The city is spectacular. There is a lot to do and visit. We recomand this hotel.
