Für Geschäftsreise völlig ausreichend

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ok. Zimmer sind sauber. Man muss sich nicht nach irgendwelchen Rezeptionszeiten richten bei der Anreise. Durch den vorab zugesandten Code kann man jederzeit in sein gebuchtes Zimmer. Zimmer insgesamt etwas hellhörig, aber ansonten ok. Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Hotline nicht erreichbar, Achtung: die Zusendung des Zugangscodes per SMS funktioniert nicht. Buchung nicht komfortabel

Hotline und Hotel sind telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Bei Anruf der Hotline auf dem Schild an der Eingangstüre kommt man bei einer Privatperson raus, die dem Hotelbetreiber seit 4 Jahren mehrfach mitgeteilt hat, dass die falsche Telefonnummer auf dem Schild angegeben ist. Dem Rezeptionisten war dies nicht bekannt!!! Das Einchecken ins Hotelzimmer sollte ab 15 Uhr möglich sein, aber auf den Zugangscode per SMS warte ich heute noch. Das Hotel war bis 17 Uhr verschlossen, erst dann kam der Rezeptionist, der nicht gerade freundlich war und alles auf das Buchungs-Programm schob. Viele andere Gäste mussten auch unnötige Stunden vor der verschlossenen Türe bis 17 Uhr warten. Kundenservice ist bei diesem Hotel ein Fremdwort.
