The B&B Hotel Milano La Spezia is a 4 star hotel with a modern design, located a few steps from one of the most famous and fascinating areas of the city, Navigli, easily accessible by car from the Autostrada del Sole exit. Thanks to its proximity to the M2 metro lines of Romolo and Famagosta you can easily reach the historic center of Milan. The B&B Hotel Milano La Spezia is also the ideal solution for students attending Iulm and Bocconi universities.

Important information: The hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (Area B) with a ban on access and circulation for the most polluting vehicles as well as vehicles over 12 metres long carrying goods.
Area B operates from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. 
Access, if permitted, is not subject to payment.

Ritorno gradito

Dopo un po’ di tempo la mia attività lavorativa mi ha riportato al B&B La Spezia di Milano. Ho potuto prenotare con poco preavviso ma come di consueto ho trovato collaborazione e disponibilità da parte di tutti, in particolare dal Sig Matteo che ha sistemato ottimamente mia figlia e me offrendomi delle soluzioni ottimali. Sono felice di aggiungere che ho trovato letto e cuscini cambiati e molto più comodi che in passato ed il buffet della colazione arricchito e ben curato. Trattandosi di un soggiorno lavorativo è importante potersi sentire a proprio agio e rilassarsi trovando anche un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in una città come Milano. Grazie, alla prossima.

La chambre est mal isolée. Il u avait du froid qui sortait des fenêtres. Vu que le lit était a côté de la fenêtre, j'ai du dormir avec un bonnet sur la tête tellement il y avait du vent qui sortait de la fenêtre
