The B&B Hotel Milano La Spezia is a 4 star hotel with a modern design, located a few steps from one of the most famous and fascinating areas of the city, Navigli, easily accessible by car from the Autostrada del Sole exit. Thanks to its proximity to the M2 metro lines of Romolo and Famagosta you can easily reach the historic center of Milan. The B&B Hotel Milano La Spezia is also the ideal solution for students attending Iulm and Bocconi universities.

Important information: The hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (Area B) with a ban on access and circulation for the most polluting vehicles as well as vehicles over 12 metres long carrying goods.
Area B operates from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. 
Access, if permitted, is not subject to payment.

Gutes Hotel, U-Bahn 10 min entfernt, perfekt für Sightseeing

Das Personal war SEHR nett. Ohne Probleme konnten wir unser Auto am Abreisetag bis abends parken. Alles war sauber. Das Bad etwas alt im Vergleich zum Zimmer. Beim Frühstück war wirklich für jeden was dabei. Die Snacks und Getränke in der Lobby gabs zu einem fairen Preis. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Ca 10 min Fussweg zur U-Bahn, perfekt für Sightseeing oder in die andere Richtung nur 2 Stationen bis zum Unipol Forum

Perfectly located, clean, comfortable hotel

The hotel was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. Whilst basic, everything you need is there. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice and plenty of variety. The only thing missing from the room for us was a kettle but the concierge leant us one when we asked so that was amazing. Nothing seemed too much trouble. It is a great concept. Clean, simple but everything you need. Liked the eco messages in the rooms. Great location for the Olympic stadia and Milan city centre. Will definitely stay in a B&B Hotel again. Highly recommend.

very good value for money. location within walking distance to metro (not a great neighbourhood, not many restaurants around), very nice staff.
