Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

A ne pas renouveler dans cet établissement. Déçue de la chaine B&B.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans le B&B de Marseille La Timone. Habitués à la chaine, nous pensions être dans un hôtel propre et rassurant. Ce qui n'a pas été du tout le cas. Les chambres sont sombres et mal isolées, bruyantes. La présence des cafards est désagréable et dégouttantes. Les nuits n'ont pas été du tout reposantes. Le personnel n'a pas l'air qualifié me signalant que les cafards sont apportés par les clients! De mauvaise foi et pas du tout à l'écoute du voyageur. A fuire ...

Les problématiques que vous évoquez concernant l’insonorisation et la présence de nuisibles sont contraires aux standards de qualité et d’hygiène que nous nous engageons à respecter. Vos remarques ont été transmises à nos équipes afin qu’un contrôle approfondi soit réalisé et que les mesures correctives nécessaires soient mises en œuvre dans les plus brefs délais.
