What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Lors de mon séjour pour un rdv médical, j'ai dû payer le double du prix habituel car un match de foot se déroulait pas loin. En revanche pour un hôtel situé face à un grand Hôpital je pense qu'avec un bon de passage de l'hôpital le tarif habituel aurait pu être appliqué. Surtout que les menuiseries sont de très mauvaises qualité j'étais logé au 5eme étage et pourtant le bruit de la rue, et les étudiants qui y font la fête ce qui en soit ne me dérange pas, mais la c'était comme si je n'avais pas de fenêtres je n'ai quasiment pas dormis. Et en plus quand le sommeil était la, le bruit de la chasse d'eau ou de la douche du dessus donnait l'impression que le plafond allait s'effondrer. Je ne recommande pas
