Estancia muy acogedora, habitación amplia y siempre muy limpia. El trato de los trabajadadores nos ha hecho la estancia muy cómoda, muy atentos. Ubicación perfecta! Cristina siempre atenta nos recomendó varios locales para comer muy top.

Top hotel hartje centrum Madrid
Top hotel in hartje centrum Madrid. Mooie ruime kamer en heerlijke douche. Schoonmaak iedere dag mits gewenst. Elke dag een zakje met een klein ontbijtje aan de deur. Beneden in de kelder gratis koffie, thee, koekjes en sapjes zoveel je wilt. Echt een toppertje!

I was allowed to book for myself and my two daughters on the website. With all other hotels, they would put a pull out bed or have a sofa bed for the third person. Not once during the booking procedure did it mention that they would not be able to provide that, the reason I was able to book for two kids is because “they are free.” Needless to say, the three of us had to share a bed for three nights. Had I been aware of this, I never would have booked this hotel, nor will I be booking with this chain again.

Too comfortable hotel ![trustyou]()
The location is great, it's clean and simple, the room has plenty of space to unpack your luggage, and the shower has plenty of hot water. There are almost no unnecessary knick-knacks, and since it's stripped down to the essentials, the cost is low, which is appreciated. It was a shame there were only Spanish-style outlets, but I was able to borrow an adapter plug at the front desk, which was helpful. The free drinks in the basement are also wonderful. It's well thought out and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again.
