What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Dommage du manque de professionnalisme.

Éviter les fuites qui ont du être constatée,mais pas réparer,et faire les réparations des chasses d'eau car la deuxième chambre avez des stigmates de fuites antécédents, alors, économies d eau je suis pas sûre..

Hotel à revoir . Hôtesse pas agréable . Nous étions plus de 30 personnes d'un clubs de sport . Lumière éteinte à partir de 20h dans la salle des petits déjeuners nous n'avons pas pu nous faire livrée . Chambre petite et pas propre ! Un coup de 9 ne serait pas de trop ! Petit déjeuner pas tres bon

Bonjour, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Cependant, nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans votre commentaire, notre équipe est restée disponible et courtoise tout au long de votre séjour. En revanche, nous avons constaté à plusieurs reprises un manque de respect de la part de votre groupe, notamment avec des nuisances sonores (portes claquées jusqu’à minuit malgré plusieurs rappels) ainsi qu’un état de la chambre laissant à désirer (déchets et désordre important). Concernant la salle de petit déjeuner, la lumière est effectivement éteinte après l’heure de fermeture pour des raisons évidentes de fonctionnement. Si vous souhaitiez prolonger votre repas, il était tout à fait possible de le faire en chambre. Par ailleurs, si certains points vous ont déplu, notamment concernant le petit déjeuner, nous regrettons que vous ne soyez pas venus nous en faire part directement à la réception. Cela nous aurait permis de réagir immédiatement et de trouver une solution adaptée, d’autant plus que votre commentaire ne précise pas les éléments problématiques.
