What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Our hotel, overlooking the old town and the port, offers low prices all year round, for business trips, as a couple with friends, or even with family.

Our air-conditioned B&B HOTEL of 83 rooms is located in the city centre of La Rochelle in the Minimes district, 500 m from the Port des Minimes, which offers lovely walks or bike rides on the quays, sea trips and many water activities (kayak, paddle, jet-ski…).

The beach called plages des Minimes allows you to admire Fort Boyard, the lighthouse of the "end of the world", and the islands of Ré, Oléron and Aix.

Many other activities are close to our hotel, including the unmissable La Rochelle Aquarium (800 m away), where more than 12,000 marine animals live, and the Maritime Museum (400 m away).

Of course, you can reach the heart of the city in a few minutes on foot. Passing by, you will discover the 3 towers of La Rochelle: the Saint Nicolas tower, the Chaine tower and the Lantern tower.

Thus, you will arrive opposite the Old Port, a must-see, picturesque and lively tourist spot, lined with chic wine bars and seafood bistros.

Établissement convenable , près du port. Par contre , nous avons eu une alerte incendie le samedi 14 mars le soir, impossible de joindre le responsable de l’établissement par téléphone , aucune réponse .personne n’arrivait à joindre la personne. Je trouve que c’est inadmissible .il faudrait veiller à ce que cela ne se reproduise plus . Cordialement.

Satisfaisant dans l’ensemble pour un court séjour

Satisfaisant pour un nuit . Salle de bain un peu petite et pas de prise de courant pour pouvoir se raser le matin …. Le chauffage était éteint à mon arrivée et il faisait vraiment froid ….
