Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

fatalne doswiadczenia, nigdy nie byłam w tak złym hotelu

Niedawno spędziłam noc w tym hotelu. Przed przyjazdem do pokoju 1-osobowego poprosiłam o dodanie 1 osoby z podkreśleniem aby w pokoju były dwa pojedyncze łóżka i dostałam mailowe potwierdzenie zmiany rezerwacji. Po dotarciu do hotelu, okazało się, że takich pokoi już nie ma, zatem wzieliśmy 2 pokoje z łóżkami podwójnymi. Gdy w zaistniałej sytuacji poprosiliśmy o otrzymanie drugiego kompletu pościeli, usłyszeliśmy, że jesteśmy kłamcami, ponieważ nie rezerwowaliśmy pokoju dla dwóch osób i że nie otrzymamy drugiego kompletu pościeli. Pytając, dlaczego nie możemy go dostać, usłyszeliśmy, że dlatego, że jesteśmy kłamcami i nie mają dla nas pościeli. Był to dla nas fatalny pobyt zarówno pod względem jakości obsługi, czystości pokoi czy poczucia bezpieczeństwa w obiekcie. Serdecznie nie polecam.
