Organisation d'accueil à revoir

Les deux réservations via Booking (à l'aller comme au retour) ont été difficiles d'accès via le distributeur automatique de chambre. Heureusement que la femme de ménage était présente à ce moment là dans l'hôtel et a pu me dire qu'il y avait une personne physique à l'accueil dans l'hôtel voisin (il y en a 3 un à côté de l'autre du même groupe), sinon il me manquait une chambre à chaque fois et on me faisait payer à nouveau la réservation. Pas du tout terrible !!

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
