Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Cheap but not cheerful

A very basic hotel in a depressing location. Very close to the channel tunnel but surrounded by wasteland and roads. Full of off-duty police officers. Nothing about the place was better than adequate. Cheap but not cheerful. I will not be staying there again.

Great value and location for cross channel ferries and Le Shuttle

Basic, clean and convenient hotel. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. Easy access on foot to shops and restaurants. It felt safe and protected by a large police/security presence.

We needed a bed for the night with a very early start next to the tunnel. The room was very clean with tv but no kettle. . Quite happy with our stay and for the small price would happily recommend.
