What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

A very pleasant surprise

The hotel was clean, the system was easy to navigate and use, we quickly received the help that we needed. we were very pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean, modern and comfortable. A very creative approach to the interior which created a sense of ease. a brilliant concept

Not the expected standard for BB

A very disappointing experience which did not live up to the usual hotel experience from BB. The room was very small and although the toilet was separate the shower and sink in the room meant lack of privacy and insufficient space to shower and dry. The towels were small, thin and badly stained. Not enough plug sockets and decor is garish and in need of attention. The air conditioning would not go below 18°C and it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise from the motorway running at the back of the hotel. I always stay in BB Hotels and find them generally to have great rooms and be good value but this one really falls short of the expected standard.
