What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je ne reviendrai pas sauf si j'y suis obligée.

Pour y accéder sans voiture depuis la gare routière c'est compliqué et absolument pas indiqué. Un ensemble de paramètres très inconfortables.

Malgré le fait que nous n'étions pas du tout obligé. Nous mettre une note aussi basse pour ça, sachant que c'est à vous de prévoir votre venu à l'hôtel et quand même très étonnant et décevant. code vs clé ou le meilleur moyen de rentrer dans sa chambre ?

La personne de l'accueil est très sympathique et très serviable. L'hôtel est très propre, le petit déjeuner est très correct. Par contre il y a 2 problèmes : 1) manque d'indications pour arriver à l'hôtel (au bout du parking de Lidl, caché derrière Buffalo Grill, dans cette zone commerciale ), malgré le GPS . 2) problème avec le code d'une des 4 chambres réservées. Une amie a failli rester sur le palier en rentrant le soir, l'accueil était fermé, nous avons appelé le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur votre site, fermé la nuit comme l'accueil et nous n'avons pas vu d'indication sur le service d'assistance 24h/24.... Après une vingtaine de tentatives, miracle le code a fonctionné....
