Horrible

Arrivée tardive j’ai dû repayé ma nuit pour avoir accès à ma chambre, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée à ce jour malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact. L’assistance ne sert à rien. La réception est fermée toute la journée donc super pour contacter quelqu’un. Le temps de réglé le problème le lendemain mon code de chambre a été désactivé et personne dans l’hôtel pour m’aider à ouvrir la porte et récupérer mes affaires. Une honte vraiment pour une chaîne assez réputée

From A6 (Evry/Lyon) : take the Francilienne , follow Bordeaux/Nantes/Versailles , exit 42 direction Saint-Michel-sur-Orge then turn right twice.

From A10 (Paris/Versailles) : take the Franciliennce direction Evry/Lyon , exit 42. At the first roundabout turn left, drive under the motorway, then turn right twice.
