Rooms are like old fashioned Butlins chalets

Very uncomfortable beds and 1 small pillow per person. First room we were given smelt of stale urine but we were moved after speaking to a nice lady on reception. Rooms are very dated and small. Wifi is rubbish. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice but hotel wasn't.

Good basic hotel in great location for journey

Great basic hotel, clean and warm enough. Plenty of hot water. BBC world news available on tv. Bed firm. Room small as were many of the car parking spaces. Walls thin so dependent on other guests being quiet. Close to motorway junction.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.
