Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

plutôt bonne

J e suis un client fidèle de B&B Hotel, je ne changerais pas dans la meure ou la qualité que ce soit au nord, sud, ouest, est en France est la même. Juste au niveau du petit dej, il faut que les employés regarde de temps à autre si'l reste du bacon, des oeufs; du lait, du café. Pas toujours très proactifs à ce sujet.

Peut mieux faire

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes (1 grand lit + 2 lits simples) et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 4 lits simples. Il y avait une odeur d’égouts quand nous avons ouvert la porte donc pas très accueillant. Il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la chambre et le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas. Les lumières extérieures restent allumées toute la nuit donc impossible de dormir dans le noir complet et niveau écologique ce n’est pas le top.
