Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hotel OK but Check-in does not work too good

The Hotel is alright like other B&B's. Check-in is difficult. Arrived at night approx. 00:30 with a queue of other guests. Nobody had a code for the gate so cars were blocking. The check-in machine did not work properly It asked to enter my last name and booking code but when I called the help service it came out I should enter my first name. Due to many peopel with check-in problems it took a long while. I later got a link to an internet form for check-in. Crazy: I performed the online check-in the day before but only received my room number. The email said the cold is waiting at the reception. This is poor service when I choose a B&B hotel right because the only check-in simplifies late check-in procedure.

Bonne soirée

Accueil très sympathique par la personne qui était là ce soir-là. Chambre propre, bien équipée. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant avec du choix et de la qualité. Seul point un peu négatif, mais qui dépend plus je pense de la ville que de l'hotel, l'accès au parking se fait par une impasse et une zone en gravier qui n'est pas éclairée, on voit mal où on va en voiture et on peut pourtant y croiser des personnes à pied, il faut donc être très prudent.

La literie n'était pas géniale, il y avait un creux au milieu du lit. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon ; par contre les tables n'étaient pas nettoyées et avaient les mies des anciens clients. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été agréable.
