What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Déplorable

Hotel où j'ai été transféré suite a un degat des eaux d'un autre hotel que j'avais pris au depart. Annulation de la chambre avec des propos qui ne tiennent pas la route car le distributeur est la pour palier au probleme. Du coup on a du reprendre une chambre a prix fort c'est innadmissible. En plus a l'accueil, c'est toujours la fautes du client et ne savent pas se remettre en questions. En gros accueil deplorable totalement et incapable de gerer des clients. A fuire cet hotel vu la compétence des gens qui y rtravail et qui ne sont pas du tout professionnel. Pour finir, aucun remboursement de difference n'a ete effectué apres divers demande. De l'escrocquerie total cet hotel.
