What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Alors avec mon copain quand nous sommes arriver à l’accueil nous avions demander à réserver une chambre directement sur place la femme nous dit que se n’est pas possible car c’était COMPLET nous somme ressortie dehors et somme revenue dans l’hôtel ont est aller à la borne automatique pour essayer et comme par hasard nous avions eux une chambre . Ensuite le lendemain matin avec mon copain nous étions en train de dormir paisiblement quand a 9h du matin une femme rentre dans la chambre se qui nous a réveiller nous étions dans l’incompréhension sachant que le départ est avant 12h .
