What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Very bad experience.

Bad experience. We arrived at 10 pm. No one was there to guide us. We did not know how to check in. Finally a kind French traveller guided us to work with the automat check in device. The room was extremely small with a very bad bathroom less than 0.75 m2 without a dryer and shield. It has only a dirty curtain. The room had not a safe box and even a trash can. Our room had a lot of ants. Unfortunately, I do not suggest this hotel especially if you travel with your family.
