What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Impossible de se reposer

A cause d un groupe d étrangers, la nuit a été très courte ,(bruyante,porte pare feu qui tape sans arrêt, alarme incendie déclancher,personnes qui parlent très fort ).nous avons l habitude de cet hôtel c est la 1er fois que nous avons ce problème. Le matin impossible d avoir un petit déjeuner ils avaient tout vide ,la personne à l accueil n à pu que nous offrir le café (très gentil de sa part ).

Depuis mon séjour je demande ma facture (le jours d'arrivé le soir y avait une coupure électrique on avait la gentillesse de changer d'hotel a coté ,Resulta :je reclame ma facture depuis le 08/12 aucune reponse ) meme en ayyant appelé la receptioniste pluqieurs fois sur ce numero :07 80 13 32 13 maintenant elle me repond meme pas Derniere fois chez B and B (et envoie massif de mon retour d'experience dans mon reseau surtour professionel )
