Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Pour la seconde fois consécutive, j'ai été obligé de passer par l'automate en pleine nuit et dans le froid malgré avoir effectué le check-in, car le système envoie désormais des mail indiquant le numéro de la chambre et "At desk" comme code. Par le débit s'effectue bizarrement sans problème :( Pas de soucis avec la chambre, toujours propre et fonctionnelle. Réceptionniste sympathique mais ne répond plus aux mails.

Bonjour, Malheureusement je ne peux vous fournir de réponse concernant le problème de check-in, car je manque d’éléments pour cela. Les arrivées se faisant à partir de 14 h, il est possible que le jour où vous avez fait votre check-in celui-ci ait été fait trop tôt, n’ayant pas de chambre propre à ce moment. Le logiciel n’a pu vous fournir de code. Si c’est bien cela, je vous recommande d’attendre 14 h passées pour effectuer votre check-in. Bien cordialement La reception
