What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

La présence des chariots dans les couloirs s'explique par les travaux que nous effectuons en ce moment même dans l’hôtel. Néanmoins ceux-ci ne gênent en aucun cas le bon fonctionnement de l’établissement. Je suis cependant surprise par votre remarque sur le ménage, étant donné que celui-ci est effectué tous les jours, chambres et parties communes comprises. Sachez que lors d’une recouche le lit est fait et la salle de bain nettoyée, mais que les employés ont pour consigne de ne pas toucher à vos affaires. Ainsi, si celles-ci sont sur le lit, le bureau, etc., alors le ménage ne sera pas effectué à l’endroit concerné. Si à un moment de votre séjour vous souhaitiez le ménage complet de votre chambre, un changement de draps ou toute autre demande, la réception se tient à votre disposition pour vous satisfaire de son mieux.
