Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

PB climatisation

Bonjour Nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin. Chambre 101. La fenetre était ouverte et il n'était pas possible de couper la climatisation qui a tourné toute la nuit. Le matin, nous l'avons signalé à la personne a l'accueil qui nous a dit qu'il fallait appuyé sur le on / off ..... Bon à mon épouse et moi nous sommes à bac +13 ans .... donc savoir comment éteindre une clim .... c'est maitrisé.... Un geste commerciale serait vraiment très apprécié. Cdt,
