Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro y puedes ir caminando a muchos sitios. El personal, muy atento y dando respuestas a tus dudas. Habitación amplia y con buenas vistas. Tienes maquina de café las 24 hs.

Tive um problema com extremo barulho e violência de alguns clientes alcoolizados junto ano nosso quarto, apresentei queixa ao funcionário IAGO IGLESIAS e o mesmo imediatamente resolveu o problema! Parabéns por terem funcionários assim! Obrigado!

Viernes 27/02. Primero Booking nos dio error y nos cobró la habitación sin hacer la reserva. Tuvimos que personarnos allí y reservar. Dejamos las cosas en la habitación y fuimos a ver Vigo, al volver por la noche la llave de nuestra habitación (la 219) no funcionaba, al bajar a recepción nos dice el chico que ahí no consta que haya nadie alojado (con nuestras cosas dentro) tuvimos que volver a hacer el check in otra vez...y encima la habitación estaba en reformas que ni la cortina estaba colgada .Enfin un desastre todo.

És el segundo año que me alojo en este hotel. La experiencia ha vuelto a ser de 10 y por supuesto me seguiré alojando en mi viaje anual a Vigo. Solo dejar dos comentarios: Sería recomendable que los lavabos tuviesen escobilla, se echa en falta. En segundo lugar, nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días aunque no las quisiésemos cambiar por ecologismo. NO es una queja, és una recomendación. Hasta el año que viene!!!!! Gracias
