The food and drink in the basement kitchen were very satisfying. However, a few things were unfortunate that there was no trash bin in the room, and the towel did not look clean because the color faded. Nevertheless, there is plenty of willingness to revisit. I'm staying well. Thank you.

The hotel’s entrance is a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels in the area, but once you step inside, it feels comfortable, welcoming, and very safe. Its location is excellent right in the middle of Puerta del Sol so everything is easily accessible. There’s a Carrefour directly across the street for daily needs, and plenty of restaurants right outside the entrance and throughout the surrounding area. Even though Sol is usually very crowded, the hotel feels like a quiet little sanctuary in the middle of all the activity. Once inside, it almost feels like stepping into another world. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but they provide an abundance of complimentary drinks and snacks in the basement, including different flavors of coffee, water, several juices, teas, biscuits, and fruits. Every morning, they also leave fresh pastries at your door, which is a really nice touch. The staff are incredibly kind, especially Fernando and Markus. They are very helpful and always pleasant to talk to, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has an eco-friendly program where if you choose not to have your room cleaned for a few days, you receive a small refund. The only minor inconvenience I experienced was access to the single elevator, which is also used by guests visiting Doña Luz, the rooftop bar. Since the elevator is quite small, it can only accommodate a few people at a time. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and if ever I go back to Madrid, I will stay there again.
