Konstanz Sehr Empfehlenswert ![trustyou]()
Wir haben das schöne Konstanz besucht und auch die Umgebung des Bodensees angeschaut. Das B&B Konstanz ist das ideale und komfortable Ausgangspunkt. Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Sie sollten unbedingt auch einen Ausflug zur diesen Schöne Umgebung mit Übernachtung im B&B Konstanz planen.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig ![trustyou]()
1. auf dem braunen Sitzhocker muss irgendetwas klebriges ausgelaufen sein. Dieser wurde nicht gereinigt. 2. Der Dusch Vorhang war die ersten 30cm derartig braun und mit Schimmel befallen. Dies ist nicht erst seit letzter Woche so, sondern bestimmt schon ein 1/2 Jahr. Widerlich! 3. Der Boden in der Dusche war braun, dieser wurde nicht gewischt. 4. Die Fugen im Bad, als auch an der Sitzgelegenheit der Rollstuhlfahrer sind komplett verschmutzt und verschimmelt. 5. Der Teppich im Zimmer war voll mit langen grauen Haaren des vorherigen Gastes. 6. Auf dem Teppich befanden sich an der Ecke zum Bett weiße Flecken. Dies sah aus als hätte ein männliches Geschöpf dorthin onaniert. 7. Vor dem Bad war ein riesiger brauner Fleck

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt kann dieses Hotel empfohlen werden. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums von Konstanz.

Bien pero mejorable. ![trustyou]()
El viaje no exigía demasiado, solo dormir y ducharse. También poder dejar el coche en algún sitio. En cuanto a la habitación, podría mejorarse la limpieza, tanto de la moqueta como de las paredes y el techo. El baño estaba bien y nos cambiaron las toallas. La sábana estaba un poco rota y la colcha con algunas manchas. La segunda noche no pude dejar el coche en el parking, no abría la barrera. No son cosas terribles pero no daría un sobresaliente a la estancia.

Alles hat gepasst !! ![trustyou]()
Hatte mir extra die B+B App heruntergeladen MitgliedNr. BME30… seit 20/08/2025 damit das Frühstück einmal umsonst ist aber da gab es offenbar Probleme konnte den Code in der Mail nicht öffnen und das Hotel konnte mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Dies war das einzig Negative !! Ansonsten alles perfekt - DANKE -

From the north via the A81: Exit Kreuz-Hegau (40) on the B33 direction Konstanz, direction Meersburg exit, at the roundabout first exit (Reichenaustr./B33), right on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.
From the A7 and from Munich via the A96: Exit Sigmarszell (3), right on B31 direction Flughafen/Friedrichshafen/Lindau/Ravensburg via Friedrichshafen to exit B33 direction Konstanz/Daisenburg/Meersburg, at the roundabout third exit (Stettiner Str./B33) to the ferry pier Meersburg, take the ferry to Konstanz, left on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.
Bus/train: From the train station take the RB in the direction of Engen to Fürstenberg.

Tourism and climate protection tax of Konstanz
As of April 1st 2023, the city of Konstanz is charging a “Tourism and climate tax”. It needs to be paid on site on the arrival day. This tax applies to all guests for their overnight stay. The tax is defined by the municipalities, the amount is 5,6% of the total amount of accommodation per room. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from the tax.
The hotel is required to forward this tax to the city of Konstanz.
