Vor 14 Tagen mussten wir, 7 Personen und 3 Zimmer, nach einer Nacht im BB Hotel Konstanz wegen einem Wasserschaden das Hotel verlassen und mussten uns selbst abends in Konstanz um eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit kümmern. Sie haben uns nicht weitergeholfen, da es laut Auskunft Ihrer Mitarbeiterin keine freien Hotelzimmer mehr in KN gab. Spät abends, beim unfreiwilligen Auschecken, erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass uns der bereits bezahlte Betrag für die kommende Nacht innerhalb der nöchsten 8-10 Tage gutgeschrieben wird. Bis heute haben wir keine Erstattung des Betrages erhalten und auch keine Antwort oder Reaktion auf unsere Mail vom 26.10.25. Und sie erwarten von mir eine Hotelbewertung????

Übernachtung Nähe Bodensee ![trustyou]()
Ich habe online eingecheckt und war erst um 22:30 Uhr im Hotel. Das Wasser hat gefehlt. Des Weiteren war die Parksituation nicht zufriedenstellend und auch um 7:20uhr mit lautem Baulärm anzufangen fand ich auch nicht so toll. Dennoch würde ich es wieder buchen .

Satisfying, but with some hardships during my stay. ![trustyou]()
The hotel offers a simple way to check-in—there are different options of reservation. However, when it comes to problems, they struggle to find a solution —first time there was no warm water and my reservation was cancelled for the first day—the second day I got there and they told me that the warm water was not working yet Nd then I would have to search for a different hotel. During my last stay I had to study, but I couldn't because some workers probably were working on a construction or repairing something nearby my room the whole morning and I couldn't study at all, there was a lot of noise and no one said anything about it. The breakfast is satisfying, although there could be more options. The receptionist are overall friendly and ready to help with information or services, the room is comfortable and overall was a satisfying experience —they just have to learn how to find better solution for their issues and offer more benefits to guests that are often there.

Verqualmt durch Partyvolk ![trustyou]()
Lüften war nicht möglich, da die ganze Nacht Partyvolk lärmend und qualmend unter dem Fenster stand, ohne dass das Hotelpersonal dies interssiert hätte. Wir waren froh, als die Nacht irgendwann vorbei war. Schade, frühere Übernachtungen waren immer gut, und Preis-Leistung hatte gepasst.

Dieses Hotel empfehle ich nicht!
Ich kenne andere B&B Hotels in anderen Städten, deshalb war ich sehr enttäuscht von dem Haus in Konstanz. Ich brauche nicht viel für 1 Nacht, erwarte keinen Luxus, aber Sauberkeit ist für mich essentiell! Leider war dies in diesem Hotel nicht gegeben. Zimmer wirkt sehr abgewohnt, Wohlfühlen konnte ich mich dort nicht. Meine Bekannte hat bei einem anderen Anbieter um die Ecke übernachtet, für 15 Euro weniger, aber besserer Leistung! Ich empfehle das B&B Hotel Konstanz definitiv nicht weiter!

From the A7 and from Munich via the A96: Exit Sigmarszell (3), right on B31 direction Flughafen/Friedrichshafen/Lindau/Ravensburg via Friedrichshafen to exit B33 direction Konstanz/Daisenburg/Meersburg, at the roundabout third exit (Stettiner Str./B33) to the ferry pier Meersburg, take the ferry to Konstanz, left on Stromeyersdorfstraße, the hotel is after 300 m on the right.

Tourism and Energy Tax of the City of Konstanz
Since April 1, 2023, the City of Konstanz has been levying a tourism and climate protection tax for overnight guests throughout the entire city area. The levy applies to all accommodation guests, with the exception of minor children up to the age of 17. The tourism and climate protection tax must be paid on site upon arrival. The amount of the tax is 5.6% of the total price of the accommodation service per room. The hotel must remit the collected fees to the City of Konstanz based on the guest documentation.
