Sehr zufrieden
Ich war sehr zufrieden, außer mit der Dame am Empfang. Nach dem ich dreimal nachgehakt hatte bekam ich endlich eine Rechnung, aber nur weil dann Personalwechsel war. Das ist leider ein No-Go.

Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Nur das Familienzimmer war leider etwas klein. Trotzdem hat das Hotel insgesamt unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Für einen Städtetrip ideal
Das Hotel ist sauber und mit der U3 ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Der Wasserdruck in Stockwerk 5 war zu gering. Das Frühstück ist normaler Standard. Leider kostet der Parkplatz jetzt 5 Euro pro Tag (früher war er umsonst). Für einen Städtetrip reicht das Hotel völligst aus. Preise für die Hotelzimmer sind etwas gestiegen, aber was wird nicht teurer.

Super Wochenendtrip
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ein- und auschecken super einfach und unkompliziert. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist durch die Nähe zur U-Bahn und dortige Anbindung an die U3 super um unterschiedliche Ecken in Hamburg zu erkunden, Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gegend ums Hotel relativ ruhig, von der Straße die am Hotel vorbeiführt haben wir wegen der Lage zum Innenhof nichts mitbekommen. Wir waren für einen Wochenendtrip da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alles in allem auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Weiterempfehlung
Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die U-Bahnanbindung zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. In weniger als 30 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen der Hamburger Innenstadt. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass genügend PKW-Stellplätze vorhanden waren. Zeitweise waren jedoch alle besetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Sowohl die Buchung als auch die Übernachtung (Check in /out) waren komplikationslos. Das Zimmer war komfortabel eingerichtet, allerdings war die Duschtür nicht 100% dicht.

Jederzeit gerne wieder !
Allerdings finde ich es schade, das aufeinmal überall Parkgebühren genommen werden, denn das hat Euch immer zu den anderen Hotels besser gemacht

By car:
Via A7 from the south Take the B4 exit direction Zentrum, continue on the Sportplatzring, then left onto Kollaustraße, right onto Nedderfeld, left on Tarpenbekstraße, right in the direction of Deelböge, continue on Braamkamp to Habichtsplatz.
Via A7 from the north Exit direction Hamburg Schnelsen/Norderstedt, then left onto Oldesloer Straße, stay to the right and continue on Ring 3/B433, exit B433 direction City Nord, continue on Zeppelinstraße, turn right onto Rübenkamp, then left onto Lauensteinstraße, to Habichtsplatz.
From Hamburg Airport: Travel north-east on Flughafenstraße, turn right onto Langenhorner Chaussee, then left onto Erdkampsweg, left onto Ratsmühlendamm, left onto Dennerstraße, continue straight ahead on Habichtsplatz.From Habichtsplatz take a slight right onto Steilshooper Straße, then left onto Hellbrookstraße, right onto Tieloh, left on Bramfelder Straße, left again onto Habichtstraße, then on Einmündung, the hotel is on the right hand side.
The entrance to the hotel car park is located beside the Aral petrol station.
