Wir haben durch booking.com reserviert und wir waren im not wir haben von 00:00 mitternacht bis um 02:00versucht einzuschecken hat es nicht geklappt wir haben notfall nummer angerufen erfolglos wir haben auch versucht direkt gigital vor ort zu reservieren haben geld gebucht aber auch keine buchung und geld nicht zurück erstattet

Liebe Frau Weiß, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Erfahrung zu teilen. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass es bei Ihrem Check-in Schwierigkeiten gab. Nach Prüfung des Vorgangs hat sich gezeigt, dass Ihre ursprüngliche Buchung über booking.com an einen Drittanbieter weiterverkauft wurde. Daher lag uns Ihre Reservierung zunächst nicht direkt im System vor. Das von Ihnen in der Nacht zusätzlich gebuchte Zimmer konnte jedoch um 00:16 Uhr erfolgreich eingecheckt werden – die Zimmernummer und der Türcode wurden automatisch an die bei der Buchung hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Unsere Notfallnummer war in der betreffenden Zeit dauerhaft erreichbar, und laut Protokoll hat unser Nachtdienst keine eingehenden Anrufe verpasst. Auch am nächsten Morgen erfolgte leider keine Kontaktaufnahme, sodass wir das Problem direkt vor Ort hätten lösen können. Wir bedauern, dass es zu diesen Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist, und empfehlen bei künftigen Aufenthalten eine Buchung direkt über unsere Website oder App. So können Weiterleitungen an Drittanbieter vermieden und eventuelle Probleme sofort gelöst werden – zudem profitieren Sie dort immer vom besten Preis und exklusiven Vorteilen als B&Me-Mitglied. Zweckmäßig

Lage ist gut aber sonst ist es nur zwecksmäßig zu empfehlen. Wir waren nebenan auf deinen Konzert. Gut geschlafen haben wir jedoch danach nicht, die Matratze ist sehr schlecht nur die Federkissen sind toll. Super Sauberkeit darf man nicht erwarten - wer ohne Erwartung rangeht, kann auch nicht enttäuscht werden.

Directions to the B&B HOTEL Bremen-City

From Hamburg via A1/A27: Take the Bremen-Überseestadt exit (18) on the B6, following the signs for Bremen-Überseestadt/Centrum/Flughafen, then take the Weserstadion/Centrum/Hauptbahnhof exit and continue on Utbremer Str. Turn right onto Daniel-von-Büren-Str., left onto Falkenstr., and then left again onto Findorffstr./Kaufmannsmühlenkamp. The hotel will be on the left-hand side.

From Osnabrück via A1/B6: Take exit Bremen Brinkum onto the B6 heading towards the A281, and turn left on Georg-Wulf-Str. Take the exit A281 and follow the signs towards Cuxhaven/Oldenburg/Centrum/GVZ-Häfen, then take exit Bremen-Neustadt and continue towards Bremen Neustadt. Continue on B6 over the Weser, take the exit onto Daniel-von-Büren-Str., and continue left towards Worpswede/Schwachhausen/Hauptbahnhof until Findorffstr. The hotel will be on the left.

Public parking spaces are located near the B&B HOTEL Bremen-City.

Bus / Rail:: The hotel is located just 650 metres from the main train station. Alternately you can take the number 25 bus heading towards Weidedamm-Süd, and get off at Theodor-Heuss-Allee.
