Whether on holiday or travelling for business, you will be plunged into the pace of the big city. The B&B HOTEL Berlin-Charlottenburg is in the heart of Charlottenburg, so Charlottenburg Castle and its grounds, where you can relax or enjoy fitness activities, are just a short distance away by foot. Our affordable accommodation leaves plenty remaining in your budget to experience the city.

Location

The B&B HOTEL Berlin-Charlottenburg is conveniently located just 2 km from the Messe exhibition centre and the zoo, in the beautiful Charlottenburg region of the city. Public transport is right on your doorstep, with an U-Bahn station located outside the hotel, enabling you to travel throughout Berlin quickly and easily. The Olympic stadium is just 4 stops away on the U-Bahn and the famous department store Kaufhaus des Westens "KDW" is just 5 stops away. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets and various leisure activities available in the surrounding area.

Facilities

140 air-conditioned rooms are available at the B&B HOTEL Berlin-Charlottenburg. When booking, you can choose between the following room types: Double rooms for one or two people, twin and triple rooms, and family rooms with bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with soundproofed windows, a desk, wardrobe and flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.

Complimentary extras

Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the hotel. Guests can also enjoy complimentary access to TV.

Additional services

Well rested? Then head to our breakfast buffet. Snacks and drinks are available day and night from vending machines in the lobby. Your pet is welcome to stay with you for a small additional fee. For €8 per night, depending on availability, you are welcome to park your car in our underground carpark. 

In addition, there is now new: an electric charging station from the provider ChargeOne for your electric car, directly at the hotel. Here you can find more information about our charging stations.

Culture tax

The City of Berlin charges a so-called ‘culture tax.’ Employees no longer need to provide a certificate if their employer books the accommodation on their behalf and makes a note on the booking form to confirm that the stay is necessary for business reasons.

Jackpot

Ich besuche die B&B-Hotelkette eigentlich sehr gerne und auch regelmäßig, da ich bisher überwiegend positive Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Leider war mein letzter Aufenthalt diesmal nicht so gut. Besonders unangenehm empfand ich das Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Ich hatte das Gefühl, von ihr herabwürdigend behandelt zu werden, da sie mich von oben bis unten musterte, was ich als sehr unprofessionell und respektlos wahrgenommen habe. Zum Abschluss bat ich – wie ich es von meinen bisherigen Aufenthalten kenne – um eine kleine Tetra-Packung Wasser. Diese habe ich sonst immer problemlos erhalten. Mir wurde jedoch in einem sehr knappen Ton mitgeteilt, dass dies ausschließlich für B&Me-Club-Mitglieder sei. Dieser Aufenthalt entsprach leider nicht dem Service, den ich von B&B Hotels gewohnt bin. Ich hoffe, dass es sich hierbei um eine Ausnahme handelt und zukünftige Besuche wieder positiver verlaufen.

Directions to B&B HOTEL Berlin-Charlottenburg

Automobile: From all directions on the Berlin A100 city motorway: Take the Kaiserdamm exit, then head east on Knobelsdorffstraße, from there on Sophie-Charlotten-Straße and Kaiserdamm/B2/B5 to Witzlebenstraße. The B&B HOTEL Berlin-Charlottenburg is on the left.

Bus / train: From Zoologischer Garten, take the U2 towards Ruhleben, get off at Sophie-Charlotte-Platz station (6 minutes' journey), from here it's just a one-minute walk. City West can be reached from the hotel in a few minutes by public transport. You also need less than half an hour to get to Alexanderplatz. The Berlin exhibition center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
