Kleine Mängel sonst sehr zufrieden.

Check-in, lief reibungslos und schnell. Checkout nicht nötig, man kann einfach gehen. Im grossen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. 3 Sachen haben wir feststellen müssen was gefehlt bzw bemängeln mussten. Was uns und sicherlich auch andere Gäste fehlt ist eine Steckdose an der fensterseite vom Bett, die hatte gefehlt. Zudem war dann einfach zu nem Sonntag die Butter 1,5h vor Ende des Frühstücks einfach leer!! Schlechte Kalkulation!!! 3. Und das gravierende war der Dreck, schimmel in der duschecke und unten an der Duschtür, dies kann man wirklich besser pflegen das dies nicht passiert!!!! Einfach eklig. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel sehr zentral am Alexanderplatz. Besser geht es kaum 😉 Wünschenswert wäre auch wenn das Personal dort regelmäßig die Klimaanlage checkt ob Sie zu 100% funktioniert, unsere ging nicht zu regeln der Temperatur. Was in den 3 Tagen jetzt nicht schlimm ist. Aber längere Aufenthalte oder im Sommer wäre es vermutlich nicht auszuhalten!!! Angestellte an sich immer freundlich bis auf die Reinigungskraft , die schaute ein nur grimmig an und bekam kein Hallo über die Lippen, Grüßen kann man ja auch in berlin. Frühstückspersonal immer sehr zuvorkommend und sehr Nett 😀

Travelling to B&B HOTEL Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Via the A24: Travel to the motorway junction 35-Dreieck Pankow on the A114, and continue on the B109 towards Berlin-Zentrum. Follow Prenzlauer Allee for around 8km and then turn left into Mollstraße. At the end of this street, turn right into Otto-Braun-Straße and follow it for 800 metres before turning left into Molkenmarkt. Continue on Stralauer Str. for 300m until you reach Littenstraße on your left. After a further 150m your destination will be on the right.
