Rude staff who told his name is Marcus

A staff who said his name was Marcus was abusive, aggressive and rude. This staff intimidated and shouted to me with my child while having our drinks at the breakfast area. And he arrogantly closed the shutters and this was further intimidation. When we checked in we were advised we could have drinks free 24 hrs.

Für Kurzurlaube vollkommen ausreichend

Es fehlte nichts. Zimmer und Badezimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Leider waren die Nächte im B&B Berlin Alexanderplatz etwas laut, da das Hotel unmittelbar an der S-Bahn Station liegt. Trotzdem sehr netter, freundlicher Service. Wir waren zufrieden!

Travelling to B&B HOTEL Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Via the A24: Travel to the motorway junction 35-Dreieck Pankow on the A114, and continue on the B109 towards Berlin-Zentrum. Follow Prenzlauer Allee for around 8km and then turn left into Mollstraße. At the end of this street, turn right into Otto-Braun-Straße and follow it for 800 metres before turning left into Molkenmarkt. Continue on Stralauer Str. for 300m until you reach Littenstraße on your left. After a further 150m your destination will be on the right.
