Gute Lage uns tolles Personal

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage gebucht. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war es sehr praktisch, dass gleich 2 Parkhäuser direkt um die Ecke sind. Theoretisch kann man auch in der Straße vom Hotel parken. Nach unserer Ankunft konnten wir dann vom Hotel aus alles zu Fuß erreichen, was einem eine große Freiheit schafft. Auch sind alle Einkaufsoptionen direkt um die Ecke, falls man mal was braucht. Der Nachteil der Lage ist, dass die Bahnlinie direkt am Hotel vorbei führt. Wir hatten tatsächlich auch ein Zimmer direkt zur Bahn raus. Die Isolierung war aber wirklich sehr gut und die Klimaanlage angenehm leise, so dass wir mit geschlossenem Fenster gut schlafen konnten. Sehr positiv haben wir das Personal wahrgenommen. Die Rezeption hat für alle Gäste versucht Lösungen für ihre Herausforderungen zu finden. Uns haben sie zum Beispiel ganz unbürokratisch mit einem früheren Check-In geholfen. Der ständig nicht funktionierende Getränkeautomat wurde auch gekonnt in einem Kühlschrank umgewandelt. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Typisches B&B - aber extrem laute Lage

An Schlaf mit offenen Fenstern war nicht zu denken. Wer Klimaanlagen nicht mag, ist hier also falsch.

Very nice and good value

The price was great for a city center hotel and the accommodation was very good, clean, and in good condition. The staff we met was very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options to get a full meal before exiting into the city. Easy too book and with all the needed information readily available.

Travelling to B&B HOTEL Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Via the A24: Travel to the motorway junction 35-Dreieck Pankow on the A114, and continue on the B109 towards Berlin-Zentrum. Follow Prenzlauer Allee for around 8km and then turn left into Mollstraße. At the end of this street, turn right into Otto-Braun-Straße and follow it for 800 metres before turning left into Molkenmarkt. Continue on Stralauer Str. for 300m until you reach Littenstraße on your left. After a further 150m your destination will be on the right.
