pourrait peut-être mieux faire , exemple ouverture réception plus tôt

Dommage que le savoir vivre se perd, petit à petit...Quand certains arrivent à 23:30 avec des enfants qui se croient en cour de récréation, il serait bien de leur reppeler que des clients sont là et qu'ils ont besoin de se reposer "la liberté de chacun s'arrète où commence celle d'autrui'' et l'éducation doit le rappeler. De même quand cela se produit autour de 03:30 et que la chambre se situe en haut d'escalier d'accés.

Méfiance

Attention aux touches qui fonctionnent pas ou très mal et qui vous bloque près de 30 minutes. Appel à la plateforme qui ne change pas le mot de passe et nous dit d'insister.... Quand il fait 3 degré et qu'il pleut ce n'est pas bonheur... Heureusement le monsieur et le petit déjeuné étaient très bien ainsi que le service de chambre.

  • What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

From Toulouse/Bordeaux(A62) : exit n°7, direction Agen centre. Cross the Garonne river. 150m after the second roundabout, turn right, direction Parc des Expositions then turn left twice.
