Do you want to book your stay in one of the B&B Hotels in Italy and are you looking for information on the best cancellable rate? Follow the steps below for a hotel reservation that suits your needs.

Choose the best rate for your hotel reservation

On our website you will find different rates available, some are more advantageous in terms of price while others are very advantageous for flexibility.
Are you unsure of the booking date but still want to block the room? Do you prefer a flexible rate in case of last-minute unforeseen events?

By booking your hotel on the official B&B Hotels website, you can choose the “standard rate” which allows you to cancel your room until 7:00 PM on the day of check-in. Cancelling theroom if necessary is therefore free by selecting the standard rate.
This is easily recognizable by reading the indication “cancellable and modifiable”.

If you prefer the most convenient rate instead, remember: it is not possible to cancel a room booked with promotional rates. 

How to cancel your hotel reservation

Have you chosen a standard rate and need to cancel the room? Simple, log in to your account on the website and look for “My bookings” in the menu.
On the next screen you will find the list of booked rooms.
Choose the room you want to cancel and click on “See more details”.
Here you can cancel your reservation independently. Once the room is cancelled, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent directly to the booking address.

I logged in but cannot find the reservation to cancel

You can only cancel online bookings made directly on this website.
If you made a booking by phone, email, or through other third-party portals, you will not be able to cancel your hotel reservation from this website.
For this reason, we always suggest booking directly on the official website because not only are the rates better, but it is also easier to manage bookings.
