2. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

Protection of employees and property; legal basis is  Art 6 para 1 lit f) GDPR 
Our legitimate interests lie in ensuring the protection of persons and property as well as the prevention and investigation of criminal offences, in particular theft and vandalism (crime prevention). 
If the recordings show criminal offences, the legal basis is section 8 of the Danish Data Protection Act. 

3. Recipients of the data 

In principle, data is not transferred. Data will only be passed on to investigating authorities if this is necessary to enforce legal claims or prosecute criminal offences in specific individual cases. 
The data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. 

4. Storage duration 

The recordings are automatically deleted after 72 hours. A longer storage period only takes place if this is necessary for the enforcement of legal claims or the prosecution of criminal offences in specific individual cases. 

5. Your rights 

As a person affected by data processing, you have the following rights: 

Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to request information about the personal data processed concerning you.We may ask you to specify your request. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you claim to be. 
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). You have the right to obtain, without undue delay, rectification of personal data concerning you if it is incorrect. 
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR). You have, in certain cases, the right to demand that the personal data concerning you be deleted. 
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if one of the reasons stated therein applies. 
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. 
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, provided that the data processing is carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. 
Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). In accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. 
Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) . you can do so by contacting e.g. the Danish Data Protection Agency via their website, www.datatilsynet.dk.
