The cameras processing your personal data at the Controller's address are located as follows:
● Outdoor cameras (always monitoring the hotel property)

  • in Pobřežní Street towards the hotel entrance,
  • in Pobřežní Street direction from the entrance to Pobřežní street
  • in Prvního pluku Street direction from the entrance to the garage
  • in Prvního pluku Street direction from the garage to the entrance of the hotel
  • courtyard of the hotel

● Indoor cameras

  • the reception
  • the emergency exit from the hotel
  • the garage
  • the garage exit
  • the entrance to the hotel (from inside out).

 

Purpose of processing of personal data, legal basis and scope of processing

1) Your personal data is processed for the purpose of exercising property rights and criminal investigation; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our legitimate interest is to ensure the protection of persons and property as well as the prevention and investigation of crime, theft and vandalism especially),
2) The processing of your personal data takes place within the scope of image processing of the camera system.

 

Recipients of the personal data
The recipients of the personal data are:
1) Law enforcement authorities in the event of an emergency,
2) The authorities involved in misdemeanour proceedings in the event of an emergency,
3) Insurance companies in the event of an insured event
4) Data subjects if requested by them (only parts of footage where these persons are
present)

 

Transfer to a third country or to an international organisation

The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.

 

Data subject rights

In the case of processing your personal data, you have the following rights
1) Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR): you have the right to request information about the personal data concerning you. This right also includes the right to a copy of the relevant
data. In the case of a request for information that is not submitted in writing, we ask you to understand that we may require proof that you are the person you claim to be.
2) Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). You have the right to request the immediate rectification of the personal data concerning you if it is incorrect.
3) Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR). You have the right to request the immediate erasure of personal data concerning you.
4) Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
5) Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, provided that the data
processing is carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
6) Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) if you believe that your personal

Due to the nature of the processing of personal data by CCTV, the right to rectification and the right to restriction of processing do not apply in this case.

The Controller will not carry out automated decision making, including profiling.
